CAPARRA: equivalente al 50% della locazione. Il saldo verrà effettuato all'arrivo.
CONSEGNA APPARTAMENTO: dalle ore 17.00 alle ore 20.00. Per ritardati arrivi ai giorni successivi si prega avvertire, in caso diverso si presume tacita la rinuncia e liberata la prenotazione con incameramento della caparra.
PARTENZA: l'appartamento deve venire liberato entro le ore 09.30.
GARAGE: un posto macchina in garage per appartamento compreso nel prezzo.
PULIZIE: su richiesta anticipata all'ordine facciamo anche pulizia giornaliera dell'appartamento e la relativa spesa viene conteggiata extra.
RINUNCE: in caso di rinuncia (per tempo) e noi riuscissimo a riaffittare alle stesse condizioni l'appartamento da Voi fissato, la caparra Vi verrà resa; non verrà restituita se l'appartamento rimarrà libero o riaffittato a tariffa per differenza..

BUCHUNGEN schriftlich direkt an Familie Collini für Voranfragen aus Deutschland
ANZAHLUNG 50% bei Buchung, Rest bei Bezug der Wohnung.
BEZUG DER WOHNUNG von 17.00 - 20.00 Uhr Samstags. Die Wohnung wird bis 20.00 Uhr am vereinbarten Bezugstag bereitgehalten. Bei Verspätung des Mieters muss bis 20.00 Uhr am vereinbarten Bezugztag eine entsprechende Benachrichtigung Vorliegen; sonst verfällt die Buchung und die Anzahlung ersatzlos, bei Rücktritt des Mieters vom Vertrag wird die Anzahlung nur zurückgezahlt, wenn die Wonhung für die Buchungszeit neu vermietet werden kann.
ABREISE die Wohnung muss am Abreisetag bis 9.30 Uhr geräumt sein.
MIETPREIS im Mietpreis ist die Schlussreinigung enthalten, Zusätzliche Reinigung kann gegen gesondertes Entgelt besteilt werden. Für jede Wohnung steht ein Garagenplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung.
TIERE können nicht aufgenommen werden.

DOWN PAYMENT: equivalent to 50% of the total price, balance up on arrival.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Please advise of late arrival. No notice, implies cancellation of reservation and loss of down payment.
CHECK-OUT TIME: the apartment has to be left by 9.30 a.m.
GARAGE: one parking place for each apartment included in the price.
CLEANING: daily cleaning on request, with extra charge.
CANCELLATION: The down payment will be rendered, only if the apartment can be resold.
PETS: not allowed.
